HOW TO CHANGE A REAMER?

To change a reamer, start by ensuring the machining equipment is turned off and any power sources are disconnected for safety. Loosen the clamping mechanism or chuck that holds the current reamer in place, whether it's a hand tool or a machine tool. Carefully remove the old reamer from the chuck, making sure to handle it with care to avoid injury. Select the new reamer appropriate for the desired hole size and material.
