HOW TO CHANGE A DRILLING CUTTER?

To change a drilling cutter, first, ensure the drilling machine is turned off and unplugged for safety. Loosen the chuck by rotating it counterclockwise to release the current cutter. Remove the old cutter from the chuck, making sure to handle it carefully to avoid injury. Next, select the new drilling cutter suitable for the intended material and hole size. Insert the shank of the new cutter into the chuck, aligning it properly. Tighten the chuck securely by rotating it clockwise, ensuring the cutter is held firmly in place. Double-check the tightness of the chuck to prevent any slippage during operation.
